Per una realtà tecnologica in forte crescita, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Graduate Software Developer da inserire in un percorso di sviluppo professionale strutturato, con l'opportunità di lavorare su progetti innovativi e acquisire competenze trasversali lungo l'intero ciclo di vita del software.

Cosa farai

Entrando a far parte del team di sviluppo, avrai l'opportunità di lavorare su applicazioni e prodotti digitali in un contesto agile e collaborativo. In particolare ti occuperai di:

  • Contribuire allo sviluppo di soluzioni software, dall'analisi dei requisiti fino al rilascio finale.
  • Progettare, sviluppare e testare applicazioni utilizzando diverse tecnologie e linguaggi di programmazione.
  • Collaborare con team multidisciplinari per realizzare prodotti innovativi e ad alto impatto.
  • Affrontare problematiche tecniche complesse individuando soluzioni scalabili ed efficienti.
  • Partecipare attivamente alle attività di sviluppo full stack, contribuendo sia al backend che al frontend delle applicazioni.
  • Supportare il miglioramento continuo dei processi e delle metodologie di sviluppo.
  • Lavorare all'interno di team Agile utilizzando strumenti e tecnologie moderne.

Requisiti

  • Laurea Magistrale in discipline STEM (Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Matematica, Fisica o affini), o in fase di completamento.
  • Esperienza accademica o professionale nello sviluppo software.
  • Conoscenza di uno o più linguaggi tra:
  • Java
  • C#
  • C++
  • JavaScript
  • TypeScript
  • Python
  • Conoscenza dei principi di programmazione orientata agli oggetti.
  • Buone capacità di problem solving e analisi.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e forte orientamento alla collaborazione.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore).
  • Interesse per tecnologie innovative e apprendimento continuo.
