Ali Professional, per conto di uno studio professionale, ricerca una figura di Impiegato/a Amministrativo/a appartenente alle Categorie Protette (L. 68/99) da inserire all’interno di uno studio di commercialisti.

La risorsa si occuperà di attività amministrative e di segreteria, fornendo supporto operativo alle attività quotidiane dello studio e collaborando nella gestione della documentazione contabile.

Attività principali

  • Supporto alle attività amministrative e di segreteria dello studio;
  • Inserimento dati e aggiornamento della documentazione amministrativa;
  • Archiviazione e organizzazione di documenti e pratiche;
  • Supporto alle attività di contabilità di base;
  • Gestione e smistamento di e-mail, telefonate e comunicazioni;
  • Stampa, scansione e predisposizione di documenti;
  • Supporto nella gestione delle pratiche e della documentazione contabile dei clienti;
  • Gestione della cancelleria e dei materiali di ufficio;
  • Supporto alle altre attività organizzative e operative dello studio.

Requirements

  • Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette ai sensi della L. 68/99;
  • Almeno un anno di esperienza in contesti aziendali o studi professionali, preferibilmente in ruoli amministrativi, di segreteria o a supporto della contabilità;
  • Buona conoscenza del PC e del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
  • Familiarità con documenti e procedure amministrative e contabili di base;
  • Precisione, affidabilità e buone capacità organizzative;
  • Buone capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team;

  • Retribuzione indicativa compresa tra € 1.300 e € 1.500 netti mensili
