Ali Professional ricerca un/una Industrial Facility Manager per conto di società cliente operante nel settore metalmeccanico.

La risorsa, riportando alla Direzione, sarà responsabile della gestione e dell'efficienza delle infrastrutture e degli impianti di stabilimento, garantendo la continuità operativa, il coordinamento delle attività manutentive e il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza aziendali.

Principali responsabilità

  • coordinare e supervisionare le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria di impianti, macchinari e strutture di stabilimento;
  • gestire i rapporti con fornitori, manutentori e tecnici esterni verificando il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e delle tempistiche di intervento;
  • analizzare le necessità manutentive degli impianti produttivi e proporre piani di miglioramento finalizzati all'incremento dell'efficienza e alla riduzione dei costi operativi;
  • collaborare con le funzioni HSE per garantire il rispetto delle normative in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro;
  • supportare la gestione operativa dello stabilimento, inclusi controllo accessi, servizi generali e coordinamento delle attività di facility management;
  • affiancare i responsabili di funzione durante visite clienti, audit e ispezioni.

Requisiti

  • esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi all'interno di contesti industriali o metalmeccanici;
  • laurea in Ingegneria, discipline tecniche o gestionali, oppure esperienza equivalente maturata sul campo.
  • Buona conoscenza del disegno tecnico meccanico.
  • Buona padronanza degli strumenti Microsoft Office.

Cosa offre l'azienda

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato.
  • RAL compresa indicativamente tra €40.000 e €50.000, commisurata all'esperienza maturata.
