The posting

Per un'importante realtà industriale in forte crescita, siamo alla ricerca di un Ingegnere Meccanico R&D da inserire all’interno dell’Ufficio Tecnico con un ruolo strategico nello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e nell’innovazione tecnologica. La posizione offre concrete prospettive di crescita professionale verso ruoli di coordinamento tecnico.

Principali responsabilità

  • Progettazione e sviluppo di componenti, assiemi e sistemi meccanici per applicazioni industriali.
  • Sviluppo di nuove soluzioni tecniche a partire dalle esigenze del cliente e dalle analisi di mercato.
  • Modellazione 3D, messa in tavola e redazione della documentazione tecnica.
  • Esecuzione e interpretazione di analisi strutturali e simulazioni FEM.
  • Prototipazione, testing e validazione dei prodotti.
  • Analisi dei dati sperimentali e ottimizzazione delle prestazioni.
  • Supporto all’industrializzazione e collaborazione con Produzione, Acquisti, Qualità e Assistenza Tecnica.
  • Attività di miglioramento continuo, ottimizzazione dei costi e sviluppo di nuove tecnologie.

Requirements

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica.
  • Esperienza di circa 5 anni in progettazione meccanica e sviluppo prodotto in contesti industriali.
  • Ottima conoscenza del disegno tecnico e delle normative di riferimento.
  • Esperienza nell’utilizzo di software CAD 3D (preferibilmente SolidWorks).
  • Conoscenza delle metodologie FEM e dei principali processi produttivi meccanici.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Capacità di problem solving, orientamento al risultato e attitudine al lavoro in team.

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale

  • Conoscenze di fluidodinamica e simulazioni CFD.
  • Familiarità con materiali polimerici e compositi.
  • Conoscenza della Direttiva Macchine e della marcatura CE.
  • Esperienza con sistemi ERP, PDM e PLM.
  • Conoscenze di Python o MATLAB per l’analisi dei dati.
