Di cosa ti occuperai?

  • Accoglienza e gestione dei clienti, fornendo supporto e informazioni sui servizi offerti.
  • Sviluppo dell’attività commerciale e promozione dei servizi, con attenzione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.
  • Gestione delle attività amministrative e di back office legate alla sede.
  • Utilizzo di CRM e strumenti aziendali per la gestione delle informazioni e dei contatti.
  • Collaborazione con il team locale e interfaccia con la sede centrale spagnola.

Requirements

  • Esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli a contatto diretto con il cliente, sia in presenza sia telefonicamente.
  • Appartenenza alle categorie protette l.68/99
  • Una prima esperienza in attività di back office e familiarità con strumenti informatici e CRM.

La conoscenza della lingua inglese e/o spagnola costituisce un plus

Benefits

  • Full time 40 ore settimanali da lunedì al venerdì: parte fissa annua di € 27.988, oltre a una componente variabile di € 2.000.
  • Part-time di 25 ore settimanali da lunedì al venerdì: retribuzione fissa riproporzionata a € 17.500 annui, oltre a una componente variabile di € 1.250. Orario ipotetico 14 00 / 19 00
  • CCNL commercio, tempo indeterminato o determinato di 6 o 12 mesi finalizzato all'indeterminato
  • Sede di lavoro: Milano, zona Sempione.
