Ali Professional, divisione specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili middle e senior management, ricerca per una realtà italiana in forte crescita operante nel settore della trasformazione digitale e dello sviluppo di soluzioni tecnologiche personalizzate per clienti corporate, un/una:

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un contesto altamente specializzato che affianca aziende nazionali e internazionali nella realizzazione di progetti digitali complessi, coordinando team multidisciplinari dedicati allo sviluppo software, alla gestione dei contenuti e ai processi di delivery.

Responsabilità:

  • Coordinare le attività operative dei team tecnici, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità dei progetti.
  • Supervisionare Project Manager e Team Leader, monitorando avanzamento lavori, risorse e criticità.
  • Agire come punto di collegamento tra area tecnica, direzione commerciale e clienti.
  • Supportare le fasi di prevendita e la definizione delle soluzioni progettuali.
  • Monitorare KPI, redditività e stato di avanzamento delle commesse, promuovendo il miglioramento continuo dei processi aziendali.
  • Gestire le relazioni con i clienti strategici e supportare il team nelle attività più complesse.

Requirements

  • Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di team tecnici e progetti complessi.
  • Provenienza da società di sviluppo software, system integrator, digital company, software house o contesti tecnologici strutturati.
  • Solida conoscenza dei processi di delivery e project management.
  • Capacità di coordinare risorse attraverso figure intermedie (Project Manager e Team Leader).
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, relazionali e di leadership.
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e capacità di gestire contesti caratterizzati da elevata personalizzazione delle soluzioni.
  • Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione delle priorità.
