Ricerchiamo un/una OTTICO per importante realtà della Grande Distribuzione Organizzata.

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del Corner Ottica presente nei punti vendita del gruppo, occupandosi di attività di consulenza, misurazione della vista e lavorazione delle lenti, contribuendo a garantire un servizio professionale e di elevata qualità alla clientela.

Responsabilità principali

  • Accogliere e assistere il cliente nella scelta delle soluzioni ottiche più adeguate alle proprie esigenze.
  • Effettuare misurazioni della vista e test visivi mediante le apposite strumentazioni.
  • Fornire consulenza tecnica nella scelta di lenti oftalmiche, montature e prodotti correlati.
  • Realizzare attività di laboratorio per la lavorazione, il montaggio e il controllo delle lenti.
  • Garantire la corretta gestione e organizzazione degli spazi del Corner Ottica.
  • Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi qualitativi e commerciali del punto vendita.
  • Assicurare elevati standard di servizio e soddisfazione del cliente.

Requirements

  • Diploma, specializzazione o Laurea Triennale in Ottica.
  • Abilitazione all'esercizio della professione di Ottico.
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo delle principali apparecchiature per la misurazione della vista.
  • Buona conoscenza delle caratteristiche tecniche delle lenti e degli strumenti ottici.
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e orientamento al cliente.
  • Attitudine all'ascolto e alla consulenza personalizzata.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, comprese domeniche e festività a rotazione.
  • Disponibilità a eventuali spostamenti sul territorio provinciale.

Benefits

  • CCNL Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata (14 mensilità).
  • RAL compresa tra €27.000 e €27.500.
  • Retribuzione mensile lorda indicativa pari a circa €2.000.
  • Retribuzione netta indicativa compresa tra €1.450 e €1.550 al mese.
  • Welfare e convenzioni aziendali.

Orario di lavoro

  • 40 ore settimanali.
  • Distribuzione dell'orario dal lunedì alla domenica.
  • 5 giorni lavorativi a settimana.
  • Alternanza tra turni continuativi e spezzati in funzione delle esigenze organizzative del punto vendita.
