Ali Professional ricercaper conto di una solida realtà operante nel settore delle energie rinnovabili e dell’efficienza energetica, con sede a San Donato Milanese (MI), un

Project Manager.

La figura seguirà gestione operativa dei progetti fotovoltaici destinati al mercato privato, affiancando il team nella pianificazione e nel coordinamento delle attività necessarie per garantire il corretto avanzamento delle commesse, interagendo con clienti, installatori, fornitori e uffici tecnici.

Responsabilità

  • Gestione simultanea di più progetti fotovoltaici industriali e utility scale.
  • Pianificazione delle attività, delle tempistiche e delle milestone di progetto.
  • Monitoraggio di budget, costi, rischi e KPI di commessa.
  • Supervisione degli iter autorizzativi e dei rapporti con enti pubblici.
  • Coordinamento delle attività di progettazione, permitting e costruzione.
  • Gestione degli stati avanzamento lavori e della reportistica verso il management.
  • Identificazione e risoluzione delle criticità tecniche, economiche e operative.

Requirements

  • Esperienza di almeno 4-5 anni come Project Manager nel settore energie rinnovabili, impiantistica, infrastrutture o costruzioni.
  • Conoscenza del ciclo di sviluppo di impianti fotovoltaici industriali.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di budget e fornitori.
  • Capacità di coordinare team multidisciplinari e stakeholder esterni.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e degli strumenti di project management.
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Energetica, Elettrica, Civile, Ambientale o discipline affini.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio del Nord Italia.
