L’azienda intende gestire per tempo un passaggio generazionale (pensionamento dell'attuare Responsabile/direttore logistica) e organizzativo strategico.

Gli obiettivi dell'inserimento sono:

  1. Garantire la continuità operativa mediante l'assorbimento delle logiche operative, delle prassi consolidate e della conoscenza approfondita delle merci, dei fornitori e dei flussi interni.
  2. Introdurre innovazione e modernizzazione dei processi, guidando una transizione verso la digitalizzazione (WMS, KPI logistici, ottimizzazione scorte e layout) e coordinando un team eterogeneo composto da personale interno e somministrato.

3. Dimensioni dell'Area & Perimetro Operativo

  • Gestione Risorse Umane: coordinamento diretto di circa 15-20 risorse, suddivise tra personale dipendente a tempo indeterminato e lavoratori in somministrazione (gestione flessibilità per picchi di lavoro).
  • Processi Supervisionati:
  • Ricevimento merci, stoccaggio e gestione baie di carico.
  • Picking, imballaggio e preparazione ordini.
  • Gestione e pianificazione dei trasporti / spedizioni.
  • Manutenzione ordinaria del parco macchine (carrelli, transpallet) e sicurezza del magazzino (D.Lgs. 81/08).
  • Gestione delle agenzie per il lavoro (organico interinale e livelli di servizio).

4. Responsabilità e Mansioni Chiave

  • Pianificazione Operativa & Flussi: organizzare i turni, pianificare i carichi di lavoro giornalieri e settimanali, bilanciare l'allocazione delle risorse tra ricevimento, smistamento e spedizione.
  • Controllo Performance & KPI: monitorare e migliorare gli indicatori logistici (tempi di evasione ordine, precisione del picking, saturazione degli spazi, costi di trasporto).
  • Gestione del Personale: valutare le prestazioni degli operatori interni e del personale in somministrazione; identificare fabbisogni formativi e gestire il turnover generazionale programmato nel biennio 2027-2028.
  • Interfaccia con Altri Reparti: coordinarsi quotidianamente con Produzione/Acquisti, Ufficio Commerciale/Customer Service e Direzione.
  • Miglioramento Continuo: individuare inefficienze di layout, promuovere la standardizzazione delle procedure e l'implementazione/ottimizzazione dei sistemi WMS/ERP.

5. Profilo del Candidato Ideale (Requisiti & Skill)

Competenze Tecniche (Hard Skills)

  • Esperienza pregressa: almeno 5–8 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi (Responsabile Magazzino, Logistics Supervisor, Plant Logistics Manager) maturata in contesti manifatturieri, industriali o distributivi strutturati o PMI dinamiche.
  • Competenze Gestionali e di Processo:
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle logiche di magazzino (metodi FIFO/LIFO, layout, flussi in/out).
  • Ottima padronanza di sistemi gestionali ERP e sistemi WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Capacità di lettura ed elaborazione dati (Excel avanzato per reportistica e monitoraggio KPI).
  • Normativa e Sicurezza: ottima conoscenza delle normative su sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/08), corretto uso di attrezzature di sollevamento/carrelli e gestione documentale dei trasporti (DDT, ADR se applicabile).

  • Sensibilità relazionale & Passaggio di consegne: elevata intelligenza emotiva e rispetto per l'esperienza storica aziendale, dote fondamentale per relazionarsi con una figura presente da 40 anni senza creare attriti durante i mesi di affiancamento.
  • Leadership & Gestione Squadra: autorevolezza naturale, fermezza e capacità di motivare una squadra mista (veterani e giovani somministrati).
  • Problem Solving Operativo: prontezza decisionale nella gestione di colli di bottiglia, picchi improvvisi di volume o anomalie di spedizione.
