Ali Professional, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili Professional, Middle e Senior Management, ricerca per conto di una solida, storica e strutturata realtà industriale bresciana di circa 75 dipendenti, in forte crescita e specializzata nella filiera integrata dell'ottone (dallo stampaggio a caldo alle lavorazioni meccaniche di precisione), una figura strategica di:

RESPONSABILE QUALITÀ (QUALITY MANAGER)

A diretto riporto del Responsabile Operativo, la figura avrà la responsabilità di guidare, strutturare ed efficientare il reparto Qualità aziendale, coordinando direttamente il Tecnico Qualità di Prodotto Senior e un team operativo di 4 risorse suddivise tra sala metrologica (CMM), controllo di linea e collaudo.

Il ruolo richiede un profilo di stampo gestionale e metodologico: la risorsa non si occuperà dell'esecuzione materiale di misure, campionature o PPAP ordinari, ma ne assicurerà pianificazione, assegnazione e verifica sulla base di carichi di lavoro misurati. Avrà inoltre la missione di estendere il presidio qualitativo a monte (stampaggio a caldo e accettazione materiali) e consolidare i processi interni.

In prospettiva di medio periodo (12–18 mesi), una volta stabilizzato il reparto, la posizione potrà estendere le proprie responsabilità assumendo la carica di Responsabile QHSE, curando il coordinamento dell'RSPP esterno, il presidio delle normative ambientali e lo scadenziario della sicurezza.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ

  • Gestione del Reparto & Sviluppo Persone: Organizzare le attività del team (misure CMM, PPAP, campionature, collaudi) monitorando saturazione e tempi; favorire percorsi di polivalenza interna garantendo la presenza di sostituti formati sulle attività critiche (in primis la programmazione CMM).
  • Presidio di Processo & Controllo in Ingresso: Estendere il controllo sistematico allo stampaggio a caldo (prove distruttive, benestare primo pezzo, controlli in-process) e all'accettazione merci (barre d'ottone, grezzi, corpi valvola, lavorazioni esterne e certificati dei materiali).
  • Piani di Controllo & Digitalizzazione: Uniformare i piani di controllo tra supporto cartaceo e sistema di raccolta dati a bordo linea, smaltire l'arretrato e garantirne l'aggiornamento costante a fronte di modifiche di prodotto o processo.
  • Non Conformità & Riduzione Scarti: Analisi periodica delle non conformità tramite diagrammi di Pareto, gestione dei cruscotti scarto e implementazione di azioni correttive strutturate con tempistiche e responsabili definiti.
  • Metrologia & Investimenti: Pianificare taratura e codifica degli strumenti nel gestionale, verificare la saturazione delle CMM e proporre piani di investimento tecnologico supportati da analisi costi/benefici.
  • Sistema di Gestione & Relazioni Esterne: Mantenere attivo il sistema di gestione ISO 9001, gestendo audit interni, di cliente e dell'ente certificatore; gestire i reclami verso fornitori (in sinergia con gli Acquisti); gestire l'interfaccia con i clienti su escalation, metodologie 8D e conformità dei materiali destinati al contatto con acqua potabile.

Requirements

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

  • Formazione: Laurea in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Meccanica, dei Materiali o indirizzo equivalente) o Diploma Tecnico a fronte di un consolidato background sul campo.
  • Esperienza: Almeno 7–10 anni complessivi in ambito Qualità all'interno di realtà del settore meccanico o della trasformazione metalli, di cui almeno 3 anni maturati nella gestione di persone o di reparto.
  • Competenze Tecniche:
  • Approfondita padronanza della norma ISO 9001, tecniche di audit, statistica di processo e qualità fornitori.
  • Padronanza metodologica degli strumenti di problem solving e qualifica (8D, PPAP).
  • La conoscenza dei processi di stampaggio a caldo, della lavorazione dell'ottone e delle norme per materiali a contatto con acqua potabile costituirà un forte valore aggiunto.
  • Conoscenza di base delle norme ISO 14001 e ISO 45001 (gradite in ottica di evoluzione verso il ruolo QHSE).
  • Competenze Informatiche & Linguistiche: Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese; ottima padronanza di Excel (livello avanzato), ambiente Microsoft 365 e confidenza nell'uso di sistemi ERP complessi (es. SmeUP o equivalenti).
  • Soft Skills: Leadership autorevole, forte propensione all'analisi dei numeri e dei KPI, costante presenza e presidio in reparto, fermezza e assertività nei rapporti operativi, chiarezza nell'esposizione dei risultati alla Proprietà.

Benefits

CONDIZIONI CONTRATTUALI E BENEFIT

  • Tipologia contrattuale: Assunzione diretta in azienda con contratto a Tempo Indeterminato (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria).
  • Pacchetto Retributivo (RAL): Indicativamente compreso tra € 60.000 ed € 65.000, commisurato all'esperienza e alle competenze maturate.
  • Orario di lavoro: Full-Time su orario di Giornata (8:00–12:00 / 13:30–17:30).
  • Sede di lavoro: Val Trompia (BS)
