L'azienda si contraddistingue per un contesto lavorativo stimolante, informale e collaborativo, fondato sulla fiducia reciproca e sulla cura delle relazioni a lungo termine con la propria clientela. Per potenziamento del team tecnico ricerchiamo un Sistemista IT Junior / Mid-Level.

Ruolo e Responsabilità

La persona selezionata lavorerà sia internamente sia in trasferta locale presso i clienti del territorio, affiancata da figure tecniche senior per garantire il corretto funzionamento delle infrastrutture IT.

Nello specifico si occuperà di:

  • Installazione, configurazione e manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria di infrastrutture sistemistiche sia in sede sia on-site.
  • Attività di diagnosi guasti e troubleshooting di primo e secondo livello su hardware, software e connettività di rete.
  • Monitoraggio e gestione dei sistemi tramite strumenti RMM avanzati e soluzioni partner integrate (es. Sangfor).
  • Gestione e configurazione dell'ecosistema Microsoft (Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, base Azure).
  • Supporto alla configurazione e manutenzione di ambienti virtualizzati e architetture iperconvergenti.
  • Relazione tecnica diretta con i referenti aziendali dei clienti, curando la qualità del servizio e il rapporto di fiducia.

Requirements

  • Esperienza lavorativa pregressa di almeno 2–3 anni nel ruolo (es. post-apprendistato concluso o provenienza da società di servizi IT/MSP/system integrator).
  • Solida conoscenza dell'ambiente Microsoft: Windows Server, Active Directory, suite Microsoft 365 e concetti base di Azure.
  • Basi pratiche sui sistemi operativi Linux.
  • Competenze di networking (gestione router, switch, configurazione firewall, VPN e problematiche di rete).
  • Familiarità con piattaforme di virtualizzazione e sistemi di iperconvergenza.
  • Spiccate doti relazionali, orientamento al cliente, puntualità e presenza professionale.
  • Autonomia operativa, proattività e voglia di apprendere.
  • Patente B (requisito essenziale per interventi con mezzi aziendali).
  • Costituirà titolo preferenziale: Nozioni di scripting/programmazione o interesse verso piattaforme gestionali/documentali come ARXivar.
