Un'opportunità per vivere il mondo del vino attraverso il servizio, le degustazioni e la relazione diretta con una clientela internazionale di alto profilo.

RituAli, brand di Ali Professional specializzato nella ricerca e selezione per il settore Hospitality, ricerca un/a Sommelier per una prestigiosa realtà alberghiera 5 stelle nel Centro Italia.

Il progetto enogastronomico integra ristorazione di alto livello, valorizzazione del territorio ed esperienze personalizzate. La risorsa entrerà in un team di professionisti già strutturato, partecipando sia al servizio nei ristoranti sia alle attività dedicate alla cultura del vino.

Requirements

Le principali responsabilità:

  • Curare il servizio del vino e consigliare abbinamenti personalizzati.
  • Accompagnare gli ospiti in degustazioni ed esperienze enologiche.
  • Collaborare attivamente con il team di sala durante il servizio.
  • Contribuire alla gestione della cantina, delle scorte e delle referenze.
  • Valorizzare la proposta enologica attraverso una comunicazione competente e coinvolgente.

Il profilo che cerchiamo:

  • Esperienza nel ruolo di Sommelier in hotel di lusso o ristoranti di alto livello.
  • Solida conoscenza dei vini italiani e internazionali.
  • Formazione enologica, preferibilmente AIS, WSET o equivalente.
  • Inglese fluente, indispensabile per dialogare e condurre degustazioni con ospiti internazionali.
  • Approccio operativo, flessibile e collaborativo, con disponibilità a contribuire attivamente al servizio di sala.
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e sensibilità verso la customer experience.

  • Contratto stagionale 2027, con inserimento indicativo da marzo e possibilità di proroga.
  • CCNL Turismo, 3° livello.
  • RAL di riferimento: €30.000-35.000 lordi annui, riproporzionata alla durata contrattuale.
