Per conto di una solida realtà multinazionale operante nel settore manifatturiero, leader nella progettazione e produzione di soluzioni tecnologiche per applicazioni industriali, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Team Leader su 3 turni.

La risorsa avrà un ruolo centrale nel garantire la continuità produttiva, il coordinamento dei team e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di efficienza e qualità all'interno di un contesto strutturato e fortemente orientato al miglioramento continuo.

Scopo del Ruolo:

Il candidato sarà il punto di riferimento operativo del reparto, garantendo la continuità e l'efficienza della produzione sulle 24 ore attraverso la gestione dei 3 turni. Coordinerà il personale in officina, supervisionerà il corretto funzionamento degli impianti tecnologici (inclusi i macchinari di alettatura estrusa e assiemaggio) e assicurerà il rispetto dei target aziendali, fungendo da raccordo critico durante i passaggi di consegna.

Requirements

• Gestione e Coordinamento sui 3 Turni: Organizzare le attività del personale in base al turno di assegnazione (Mattina/Pomeriggio/Notte), presidiando le linee e assegnando le priorità operative.

• Gestione del Passaggio di Consegne: Garantire un flusso informativo efficiente e strutturato tra un turno e l'altro, evidenziando le criticità tecniche, lo stato di avanzamento dei lotti e i KPI di produzione.

• Presidio Sicurezza e Qualità: Monitorare costantemente il rispetto rigoroso delle norme di sicurezza (DVR) e degli standard qualitativi del prodotto, con particolare autonomia decisionale durante il turno notturno.

• Supporto Tecnico e Attrezzaggio: Assistere gli operatori di macchina nelle fasi critiche di set up, riattrezzaggio e conduzione degli impianti, intervenendo in prima persona nel problem solving tecnico.

• Lean Manufacturing: Assicurare il mantenimento dell'ordine e della pulizia dell'intera area di lavoro applicando rigorosamente i principi 5S e i flussi Lean in tutti i turni.

• Retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra €37.000 e €40.000, commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze del candidato, con l'aggiunta delle indennità notturne.
