Ali Professional, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili Middle e Top Management, seleziona per importante e solida realtà manifatturiera specializzata nelle lavorazioni dell'ottone (dallo stampaggio a caldo alle lavorazioni meccaniche di precisione), un/a:

TECNICO QUALITÀ DI PRODOTTO SENIOR

La risorsa inserita sarà il punto di riferimento tecnico sul prodotto sia per i clienti esteri/italiani sia per i reparti interni. Si occuperà dell'avvio e della conformità di nuovi articoli o modifiche, garantendo la completezza della documentazione e la tempestiva risoluzione dei reclami.

Principali Responsabilità:

  • Campionature e PPAP: Pianificazione ed esecuzione delle campionature per articoli nuovi o modificati; preparazione e consegna dei dossier PPAP (disegni quotati, capacità di processo, FMEA di processo, piani di controllo, certificati materiali).
  • Metrologia e CMM Zeiss: Programmazione autonoma delle macchine CMM Zeiss, definizione dei metodi di misura per le quote critiche, esecuzione di studi R&R (ripetibilità e riproducibilità) e formazione/affiancamento di un secondo programmatore interno.
  • Supervisione Avvii Produzione: Presidio del primo pezzo nei cambi produzione e rilascio del benestare qualità nei tempi stabiliti, al fine di ridurre i fermi macchina.
  • Gestione Reclami & 8D: Guida del gruppo di lavoro per l'analisi delle cause radice su reclami cliente, redazione e chiusura dei report 8D nel sistema gestionale e verifica dell'efficacia delle azioni correttive.
  • Piani di Controllo e Gestionali: Redazione e aggiornamento dei piani di controllo (cartacei e a bordo macchina); gestione delle funzionalità Qualità sul gestionale SmeUp (non conformità, 8D, codifica strumenti).
  • Formazione: Istruzione di controllori e attrezzisti in linea su metodi di misura e criteri di accettazione.

Requirements

Requisiti Richiesti:

  • Titolo di studio: Diploma Tecnico a indirizzo Meccanico o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica.
  • Esperienza: Almeno 5–8 anni di esperienza nella qualità di prodotto o metrologia in contesti di meccanica di precisione (preferibilmente torneria, lavorazioni meccaniche o stampaggio ottone).
  • Competenze Tecniche: Programmazione autonoma CMM Zeiss, ottima lettura del disegno tecnico e tolleranze geometriche (ISO GPS), padronanza della documentazione PPAP, 8D e FMEA.
  • Lingue: Inglese fluente (richiesto per la corrispondenza e la gestione tecnica con i clienti esteri).
  • Sistemi Informativi: Conoscenza di SmeUp (o ERP equivalenti) e pacchetto Office/Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Precisione, autonomia tecnica, fermezza nel blocco di avvii non conformi e chiarezza comunicativa.

  • Range di RAL: € 40.000 – € 47.000 lordi annui (commisurata all'effettiva esperienza maturata).
