Ali Professional, società di ricerca e selezione del personale per profili specializzati, ricerca per importante realtà operante nel settore HVAC (riscaldamento, climatizzazione e pompe di calore) in provincia di Padova, un/una:

Service Tecnico Interno – Settore HVAC

La figura ricercata sarà inserita all'interno del team Service e si occuperà della gestione e del coordinamento delle attività di assistenza tecnica post-vendita, rappresentando il punto di riferimento per i centri assistenza autorizzati (CAT), i tecnici esterni e i clienti.

Il ruolo prevede attività di supporto tecnico da remoto, gestione delle pratiche di garanzia e manutenzione, coordinamento degli interventi e monitoraggio delle attività di assistenza, garantendo efficienza e qualità del servizio.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Fornire assistenza tecnica da remoto a clienti e centri assistenza attraverso telefono ed e-mail
  • Gestire i rapporti con i Centri Assistenza Tecnica (CAT), coordinando le attività di installazione, manutenzione e intervento
  • Gestire le pratiche di garanzia, verificando la copertura degli interventi, autorizzando le attività e la fornitura dei ricambi e controllando i rapportini tecnici
  • Organizzare e coordinare gli interventi dei tecnici esterni, monitorandone l'avanzamento e predisponendo la relativa reportistica
  • Pianificare e organizzare corsi di formazione tecnica rivolti a installatori e manutentori
  • Gestire i contratti di manutenzione e monitorare le relative scadenze
  • Predisporre preventivi per gli interventi fuori garanzia e collaborare con l'ufficio amministrativo per le attività di fatturazione
  • Gestire le richieste di ricambi, le relative spedizioni e l'aggiornamento delle distinte
  • Mantenere aggiornato lo storico degli interventi per ciascuna macchina e predisporre report periodici
  • Gestire la documentazione tecnica e verificare il rispetto delle normative di riferimento (F-Gas, dichiarazioni di conformità, ecc.)

Requisiti:

  • Diploma di Perito Termotecnico o titolo di studio tecnico affine
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nell'ambito dell'assistenza tecnica post-vendita
  • Provenienza dal settore HVAC (pompe di calore, caldaie, climatizzazione o impiantistica termoidraulica)
  • Conoscenza di base degli impianti termoidraulici residenziali e industriali
  • Conoscenza di base dei circuiti frigoriferi e del funzionamento delle pompe di calore
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
  • Buona dimestichezza con il pacchetto Office e con i principali gestionali aziendali
  • Precisione, organizzazione e capacità di gestione della documentazione tecnica e amministrativa
  • Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative, con attitudine alla gestione di interlocutori diversi anche in situazioni di pressione
