Reporta ao CTO.Buscamos uma liderança com profundidade técnica: conduz as estruturações junto com o time, desce ao detalhe quando preciso, forma e capacita pessoas, e usa IA no próprio trabalho.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e conduzir a estratégia de cloud (Azure e OCI), com padrões de arquitetura, Kubernetes, rede e automação;Garantir confiabilidade da produção: disponibilidade, SLOs, incidentes, capacidade, backup e DR;Liderar SRE, DevOps e observabilidade: CI/CD, infraestrutura como código, logs, métricas e alertas;Conduzir FinOps: custo por produto e cliente, budget e previsibilidade;Responder pela governança técnica da cloud (IAM, vulnerabilidades, padrões), em parceria com Segurança e GRC;Construir e manter documentação de arquitetura, processos e padrões da área;Preparar a infraestrutura para as iniciativas de IA da companhia e aplicar IA na operação de cloud;Estruturar e desenvolver o time, capacitar os times técnicos das verticais e gerir fornecedores de cloud;Reportar à diretoria riscos, custos e planos de mitigação em linguagem de negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completoExperiência liderando times de infraestrutura, cloud ou SREVivência operando SaaS crítico em produção 24x7Domínio de Azure ou OCI, com Kubernetes, Terraform/IaC e CI/CDExperiência em práticas de SRE e observabilidade com stacks open source (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Elastic ou similares)Uso prático de IA no trabalho técnicoComunicação e negociação com diretoria, pares e times técnicos; capacidade de priorizar e conduzir mudanças com segurança em ambiente crítico
