Chi stiamo cercando:

Stiamo cercando un/a PRODUCT DEVELOPER con esperienza e visione strategica, capace di guidare lo sviluppo di prodotti innovativi e sostenibili, in linea con gli obiettivi di transizione energetica ed ecologica.

Principali responsabilità

Il ruolo prevede la gestione end-to-end del ciclo di vita dei prodotti, dall’analisi di mercato alla definizione della strategia di pricing, fino al lancio e monitoraggio delle performance. Tra le attività principali:

  • Analisi e ricerca di mercato: studio delle esigenze dei clienti, benchmark competitivo, identificazione di nuove opportunità di business e monitoraggio delle tendenze.
  • Sviluppo prodotto: progettazione e gestione del portafoglio prodotti, definizione strategie di pricing, miglioramento continuo basato su KPI.
  • Monitoraggio KPI: creazione di framework per misurare performance finanziarie e customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
  • Strategia di marketing: definizione e implementazione di strategie di go-to-market, campagne multicanale, iniziative di co-marketing e fidelizzazione clienti.

Profilo ideale

  • Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline affini.
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di Product/Brand Manager, inclusa strategia di pricing.
  • Background in settori telecomunicazioni, energia, assicurazioni o GDO (preferibile).
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Competenze avanzate in Office, Qlik, PowerBI e strumenti di analisi dati.
  • Conoscenza della regolazione del settore energia e ambiente.
