Missão

Ajudante de Cozinha é responsável por apoiar o chef, cozinheiro e a equipe de cozinha em todas as atividades relacionadas ao preparo e montagem de pratos. Este cargo exige habilidades de organização, atenção aos detalhes e um bom entendimento das práticas de segurança alimentar e higiene. O ajudante de cozinha deve estar disposto a trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e a colaborar efetivamente com a equipe. Você também terá a missão de ofertar ao cliente uma qualidade de higiene e saúde no seu alimento.

Rotina

  • Auxiliar na preparação e processamento de ingredientes conforme as receitas e instruções do chef;
  • Cortar, picar, e medir ingredientes, garantindo precisão e qualidade;
  • Manter a área de trabalho limpa e organizada, incluindo o armazenamento adequado dos ingredientes e utensílios;
  • Limpar e desinfetar superfícies e equipamentos conforme necessário;
  • Apoiar na montagem e finalização dos pratos, seguindo os padrões estabelecidos;
  • Auxiliar na execução de tarefas gerais, como preparação de guarnições, decoração de pratos e outros;
  • Auxiliar no controle e organização do estoque de alimentos, ajudando a garantir que os produtos estejam frescos e dentro do prazo de validade;
  • Notificar o chef ou o responsável sobre a necessidade de reabastecimento de ingredientes;
  • Seguir rigorosamente as normas de segurança alimentar e práticas de higiene para evitar contaminações e garantir a segurança dos alimentos;
  • Participar de treinamentos sobre práticas de segurança e higiene quando necessário.

  • Ensino médio fundamental completo ou em andamento;
  • Experiência anterior em cozinha ou em um cargo similar é desejável, mas não obrigatória.
