Missão

O Cozinheiro II é responsável pela preparação e confecção dos pratos de acordo com as receitas e padrões estabelecidos pelo restaurante. Este cargo exige habilidades culinárias avançadas, criatividade na elaboração de pratos e a capacidade de trabalhar eficientemente em um ambiente de alta pressão. O Cozinheiro deve garantir a qualidade e a apresentação dos alimentos, seguindo as normas de segurança alimentar e higiene.

Rotina

  • Controlar e dirigir todos os processos operacionais da cozinha;
  • Preparação de pratos;
  • Monitorar a qualidade dos alimentos e garantir que os pratos atendam aos padrões de sabor, textura e apresentação;
  • Realizar ajustes nas receitas e técnicas de preparo conforme necessário;
  • Seguir rigorosamente as normas de segurança alimentar e práticas de higiene para garantir a segurança dos alimentos e a limpeza do ambiente de trabalho;
  • Realizar a limpeza e desinfecção de superfícies e utensílios de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos;
  • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com a equipe de cozinha para garantir uma operação eficiente e a entrega pontual dos pratos;
  • Comunicar-se efetivamente com outros membros da equipe para coordenar as tarefas e resolver problemas;
  • Manter praças sempre limpas e organizadas, assim como supervisionar a higiene geral de cozinha;
  • Garantir a integridade da matéria prima desde a chegada até o armazenamento, preparação e serviço;
  • Ajudar no planejamento e coordenar a escala de operações da cozinha no serviço e na produção;
  • Respeitar e pôr em prática a execução da carga de trabalho dentro do permitido da lei;
  • Relatar problemas de receitas e possíveis soluções ao chefe;
  • Auxiliar na avaliação e treinamento de novos colaboradores na brigada no período de 45/90 dias.

Local de trabalho: (Park Shopping Barigui).

  • Formação Ensino Médio fundamental;
  • Experiência na área;
  • Ter curso livre de culinária ou área relacionada será um diferencial;
  • Ter curso de boas práticas de manipulação de alimentos será um diferencial.

  • Boas práticas na cozinha e higiene;
  • Habilidade em preparar uma variedade de pratos, com conhecimento de técnicas culinárias e apresentação;
  • Conhecimento sólido das práticas de segurança alimentar e higiene;
  • Boa capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e manter a qualidade do serviço;
