Als Associate Field Clinical Liaison unterstützt Du Zahnärzt:innen und Kieferorthopäd:innen in ganz Österreich durch hochwertige klinische Beratung, Schulung und Fortbildung. In dieser kundenorientierten Rolle vermittelst Du evidenzbasierte klinische Kenntnisse rund um moderne kieferorthopädische Behandlungskonzepte, digitale Workflows und klinische Softwarelösungen. Du arbeitest eng mit Dentalpraxen, Universitäten, Meinungsbildnern sowie internen Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Commercial-Teams zusammen und trägst dazu bei, klinisches Vertrauen aufzubauen und die sichere Anwendung innovativer Produkte zu fördern. Die Position verbindet wissenschaftliche Expertise, Kundenkontakt und strategische Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld und bietet die Möglichkeit, die Weiterentwicklung moderner zahnmedizinischer Behandlungsstandards aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben als Associate Field Clinical Liaison bei Align

  • Führe klinische Schulungen und Fortbildungen für Kieferorthopäd:innen, Zahnärzt:innen, DSO-Organisationen und Universitäten durch.
  • Berate Kund:innen vor Ort zur sicheren und effektiven Anwendung klinischer Behandlungskonzepte und Softwarelösungen.
  • Plane und moderiere interaktive Roundtables zur Falldiskussion sowie zum fachlichen Austausch zwischen Anwender:innen.
  • Unterstütze den Aufbau klinischer Kompetenz und steigere das Vertrauen in etablierte Behandlungsprotokolle und Innovationen.
  • Arbeite eng mit Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Commercial-Teams zusammen, um Bildungsprogramme erfolgreich umzusetzen.
  • Stelle unabhängige und wissenschaftlich fundierte medizinische Informationen zu Produkten und Anwendungen bereit.
  • Pflege Beziehungen zu Universitäten, Fachgesellschaften und relevanten Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Organisiere Dein Vertriebsgebiet eigenständig und koordiniere Kundenbesuche sowie Gruppenveranstaltungen in Österreich.

Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Zahnmedizin (DDS, DMD oder vergleichbar).
  • Idealerweise Masterabschluss oder weiterführende Qualifikation im Bereich Kieferorthopädie.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung (ca. 1–3 Jahre) im klinischen Umfeld, Customer Support oder in der dentalen/medizinischen Industrie.
  • Erfahrung in der Schulung medizinischer oder dentaler Fachkräfte.
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten mit sicherem Auftreten vor Gruppen.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Beziehungs- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und digitalen Softwareanwendungen.
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs (ca. 70 % der Arbeitszeit).

Für die Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Kunststoffverarbeiter. Das Mindestgrundgehalt liegt bei monatlich 5.000 Euro brutto auf Vollzeitbasis mit klarer Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
