Afin de renforcer notre équipe RH à Chavannes\-Renens dans le cadre d’un congé maternité, nous recherchons un ou une Généraliste RH pour un CDD d’environ 6 mois, à compter du 1er janvier 2027.

Généraliste RH (60\-80%) CDD

Vos tâches :

  • Assurer le recrutement des nouveaux collaborateurs (mise des annonces, tri des dossiers, premiers entretiens téléphoniques, offre d’embauche, établissement des contrats)
  • Apporter votre soutien dans la gestion et le suivi administratif des collaborateurs, de l’entrée à la sortie
  • Apporter votre soutien dans le suivi des temps de travail (E3\), des maladies et des accidents, en lien avec nos assurances sociales

Votre profil :

  • Formation commerciale complétée par une formation RH (certificat RH ou équivalent)
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction de Généraliste RH
  • Très bonnes capacités organisationnelles et sens des priorités
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles, discrétion et sens de la confidentialité
  • Excellente maîtrise du français
  • Lieu de travail principalement à Chavannes\-Renens
