Job Description

THE ROLE

Alira Health is an end-to-end partner for healthcare and life sciences, combining strategic, clinical, operational, data, and technology expertise to design and deliver patient-centered programs that create real-world impact. PCR-ENG is Alira Health’s Digital & AI Factory for precision health programs. SpherePX is a configurable platform that supports the full care continuum, empowering patients, clinicians, and operational teams through AI-enabled decision support while keeping humans in control.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape the next generation of SpherePX and drive the evolution of our AI-enabled care pathway solutions. This person will play a critical role in creating intelligent, evidence-informed experiences that support proactive, personalized, and coordinated care. As AI becomes increasingly embedded within SpherePX, they will identify where it can create meaningful value for patients, healthcare professionals, and care teams, while ensuring it is applied in a safe, measurable, and human-centered way. We’re looking for a detail-oriented product specialist who can bring together clinical needs, patient experience, behavioral insights, operational complexity, and data to shape clear product requirements and effective solutions.

This person will take end-to-end accountability for a product area, make high-impact trade-off decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and regulated environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the Product Area: Lead the care pathway product end to end. From discovery and problem definition through solution design, delivery, launch, performance measurement, and continuous iteration.
  • Drive Product Intelligence: Continuously assess the external product and technology landscape by benchmarking relevant digital health solutions, monitoring emerging innovations, market trends, and best practices to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Translate Complexity into Clear Requirements: Turn complex clinical, behavioral, operational, and technical challenges into simple, actionable product requirements while validating user needs, pain points, and adoption barriers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, engineering, design, regulatory, and operational stakeholders to ensure product decisions are feasible, coherent, scalable, and evidence-informed.
  • Ensure Responsible AI, Governance, and Compliance: Ensure product decisions respect human-in-the-loop principles, patient safety, privacy, consent, transparency, auditability, and the regulated environment in which SpherePX operates.
  • Manage Product Risk: Identify and escalate product, clinical, behavioral, AI, technical, and operational risks or dependencies early and recommend practical paths forward.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Use qualitative feedback, behavioral and product analytics, performance data, and insights from live programs to continuously improve the product and care experience.
  • Drive Backlog Prioritization: Translate strategic priorities, evidences, user needs, and technical considerations into a prioritized backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain Product Documentation: Keep product documentation current and consistent throughout the SDLC to support regulatory requirements, traceability, effective delivery, and clear stakeholder communication.

SKILLS

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with complex and scalable digital products or platforms.
  • Healthcare / Digital Health domain knowledge, with a solid understanding of care pathways, patient journeys, and healthcare ecosystems.
  • Excellent systems and critical thinking, with the ability to break down complex clinical, behavioral, and technical problems.
  • Strong UX and human-centered product mindset, particularly for patient-facing and healthcare professional experiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical, clinical, and business teams.
  • Experience with personalized or adaptive digital experiences, with an understanding of behavior change, motivation, engagement, adherence, and patient decision-making.
  • Experience designing AI-powered user experiences, with a track record of applying AI to enhance user journeys through intuitive, personalized, and context-aware interactions that support engagement, decision-making, and behavior change, while maintaining user trust, appropriate human oversight, and measurable user value.
  • Strong analytical and data literacy, with the ability to interpret data, define success metrics, and make evidence-based decisions.

Preference given to candidates with:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
