The Opportunity

AliveCor is seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager to lead the launch and commercial deployment of our Kardia 12L device, as well as future products across our pipeline, within the OUS markets. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of technology, clinical operations, and commercial strategy—driving end-to-end program execution, managing EHR integration workstreams, and ensuring regulatory compliance in every deployment. This position will be remote based in Poland.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Market Launch & Execution: Partner with the Global Markets Sales Leader to manage the end-to-end launch of Kardia 12L and additional upcoming products across target markets, driving sequencing, milestone tracking, and go-to-market delivery.
  • On-Site & Customer Engagement: Interact directly with hospital, clinic, and health-system clients on-site; lead in-person project scoping, technical discovery, and implementation sessions.
  • EHR & Interoperability Integration: Lead integration workstreams with customer IT departments; translate technical and clinical requirements into actionable implementation plans (e.g., HL7/FHIR standards).
  • Regulatory & Privacy Compliance: Align all program milestones with EU MDR, UK MHRA, and regional health data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Customer Enablement: Oversee onboarding and clinical training programs across target healthcare accounts to drive product adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Governance: Facilitate weekly project status reviews, manage risk logs, escalate blockers, and provide status reporting to Sales, Product, Clinical, and Regulatory leaders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of technical program/project management experience within Digital Health, MedTech, or Health IT, with a track record of launching multiple products/hardware devices.
  • Travel & Customer Interaction: Willingness and ability to travel to client sites (hospitals, clinics, and health systems) for project scoping, kick-off, and implementation activities.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English skills are required to effectively communicate with international stakeholders, executive leaders, and clinical partners across regions.
  • Regional Expertise: Direct experience managing healthcare product launches or software deployments within EU/UK markets.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of health system IT infrastructure, EHR integration workflows, and software development lifecycles.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Practical exposure to medical device regulations (EU MDR, UK MHRA) and health data privacy standards.
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
