Deine Rolle

Unser DACH People Operations Team stellt sich neu auf – weg vom Generalisten-, hin zu einem spezialisierten Modell. Als Payroll & Benefits Specialist führst Du die Entgeltabrechnung und das Benefits-Management von AlixPartners und Berylls by AlixPartners zusammen und wirst zur zentralen Ansprechperson für alle Payroll-Themen in DACH.

Deine Aufgaben

  • In den ersten drei Monaten begleitest Du den Jahresabschluss in der Entgeltabrechnung beider Gesellschaften und arbeitest Dich in Prozesse, Systeme und Schnittstellen ein.
  • Anschließend übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die konsolidierte Payroll und treibst die Zusammenführung voran – von der Prozessaufnahme über die Standardisierung bis zur Identifikation von Automatisierungspotenzialen.
  • Du verantwortest die laufende Abrechnung: Prüfung der Abrechnungsdaten, Klärung von Abweichungen sowie Abstimmung mit unseren Payroll-Dienstleistern und dem Global Payroll Team.
  • Du steuerst unsere externen Dienstleister (SLAs, Performance) und prüfst Möglichkeiten zur Konsolidierung und Kostenoptimierung.
  • Du betreust unsere Benefits wie betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Zusatzversicherungen und Sachbezüge und bist Ansprechperson für Krankenkassen, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträger.
  • Du beantwortest Payroll-Fragen unserer Mitarbeitenden, arbeitest eng mit People Operations zusammen (z. B. bei Gehaltsanpassungen, Boni oder Elternzeit) und begleitest interne wie externe Prüfungen.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung in Deutschland bzw. DACH, idealerweise für mehrere Gesellschaften
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht; Kenntnisse für Österreich und die Schweiz sind ein Plus
  • Erfahrung mit Jahresabschlüssen, Bonusabrechnungen und Gehaltsanpassungen
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Payroll- und Benefits-Dienstleister
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Payroll-Systemen; Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierung oder Automatisierung von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Zahlenaffinität – auch wenn es mal schnell gehen muss
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
