Are you someone who takes pride in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces? Do you enjoy working outside and making a difference in a community? Asbury Village, a leading independent living community in Alton, IL, is looking for a reliable and motivated Groundskeeper to help keep our campus safe, clean, and welcoming for our senior residents and guests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain lawns, gardens, walkways, and common outdoor areas
  • Mow, trim, weed, and plant seasonal flowers
  • Remove snow and ice to keep paths safe during winter months
  • Inspect grounds and report maintenance needs or hazards
  • Operate and care for landscaping tools and equipment
  • Assist with outdoor resident events or small maintenance projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors year-round and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable using lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
  • Attention to safety and detail
  • A team player who enjoys working in a senior living environment
