Cele, jakie przed Tobą stawiamy:

  • Realizowanie polityki działu zakupów i strategii firmy;
  • Tworzenie i edycja kartotek towarowych;
  • Przygotowywanie wewnętrznych zamówień dostaw w ERP;
  • Uzupełnianie tabeli dostaw CMS - tworzenie rekordów, wpinanie dokumentów, zmiany statusów;
  • Uzupełnianie danych w związku z dynamicznymi zmianami w przepisach oraz wymaganiach wewnętrznych - to już właściwie proces ciągły - kody EAN, indeksy zewnętrzne dostawców, przypisywanie cech, kategorii, kody celne itp.;
  • Prawidłowe i terminowe udostępnianie dostaw do sprzedaży w systemach ERP i CMS;
  • Weryfikacja oraz rejestracja dokumentów zakupowych i przyjęć magazynowych (faktury, PZ, SAD);
  • Obsługa rozbieżności w dostawach oraz wprowadzanie faktur korygujących i kosztowych.

Chcemy z Tobą pracować, jeśli:

  • Posiadasz umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, pracujesz skrupulatnie i dokładnie;
  • Biegle znasz Excela / Google sheets - będziemy to weryfikować podczas procesu rekrutacyjnego;
  • Cechuje Cię proaktywność, samodzielność i nastawienie na osiąganie postawionych celów;
  • Znasz język angielski w stopniu min. B2 i potrafisz swobodnie porozumiewać się z zagranicznymi partnerami;
  • Mile widziana znajomość systemów ERP;
  • Masz dobrą energię i nastawienie na budowanie i utrzymanie relacji;
  • Lubisz wyznaczać trendy, porządkować, upraszczać, a problemy traktujesz jak wyzwania;
  • Lubisz rozwijać siebie i środowisko, w którym pracujesz;
  • Masz doświadczenie w pracy z dokumentami zakupowymi i magazynowymi (m.in. faktury zakupu krajowe i zagraniczne, faktury korygujące, dokumenty PZ);
  • Mile widziana znajomość dokumentacji celnej i kosztowej (dokumenty SAD/celne, noty księgowe za cło i VAT, faktury za transport/fracht).
