A Allbiom – Inteligência em Bioprocessos está em busca de um profissional qualificado para integrar nossa equipe como Supervisor(a) Industrial – Caldeiraria.

Buscamos um(a) Supervisor(a) Industrial para liderar as operações produtivas da Allbiom, garantindo o cumprimento do planejamento, das metas de produtividade, dos padrões de qualidade, da segurança e dos prazos de entrega. Essa pessoa será responsável por desenvolver equipes, otimizar processos e promover a melhoria contínua dos resultados industriais.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Supervisionar as operações de fabricação, incluindo Solda/Montagem, Caldeiraria, Acabamento e atividades de apoio.
  • Acompanhar o planejamento e as ordens de produção, alinhando prioridades com o PCP e demais áreas envolvidas.
  • Liderar e desenvolver equipes, líderes e encarregados, promovendo o desempenho, a autonomia e o engajamento.
  • Monitorar indicadores de produtividade, eficiência, qualidade, retrabalho, perdas e cumprimento das metas, implementando planos de ação.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais, desenhos técnicos, padrões de qualidade e normas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, redução de desperdícios, otimização de recursos e controle de custos.
  • Atuar de forma integrada com PCP, Engenharia, Qualidade, Manutenção, Suprimentos, RH e demais áreas de apoio.
  • Assegurar a disponibilidade adequada de mão de obra, materiais e equipamentos, contribuindo para a eficiência e a continuidade das operações.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Mecânica, Metalúrgica ou áreas correlatas, ou Tecnologia em Processos Industriais.
  • Experiência em supervisão ou liderança de equipes em ambiente industrial.
  • Vivência em processos de fabricação metalmecânica, especialmente Solda, Montagem, Caldeiraria e Acabamento, ou processos industriais correlatos.
  • Experiência com planejamento e controle da produção, indicadores operacionais e gestão de resultados.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de qualidade e melhoria contínua, como PDCA, 5S, MASP e Lean Manufacturing.
  • Habilidade em liderança, desenvolvimento de pessoas, resolução de problemas e integração entre áreas.

Diferencial: Pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão Industrial, Gestão da Produção ou Lean Manufacturing.
