The posting

Dich erwarten folgende Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Systemen
  • Einbindung in alle Projektphasen einschließlich Übernahme der Leitung von Teilprojekten
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten, Forecasts und Budget-Planungen als Grundlage für die Entscheidungsfindung des Managements
  • Erstellung von integrierten Unternehmensplanungen (GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow-Rechnung)
  • Analyse und Erstellung von Spartenrechnungen sowie von produktspezifischen Kosten- und Ertragskalkulationen
  • Erstellung der monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Berichterstattung und von Konzernabschlüssen
  • Definition von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung wesentlicher KPIs
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung verschiedener Tool-Lösungen für unsere Mandaten, wie bspw. die Einführung und-/oder Anwendung von Lucanet

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Master-) Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finance
  • Einige Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Beratung oder Projekt-/ Fachbereichsverantwortung im Bereich Finance
  • Ausgeprägte Beraterpersönlichkeit mit einem professionellen Auftreten und kommunikative Kompetenzen
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse in integrierten Planungstools (z.B. Lucanet)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
