Ich bin so gut – Aufgaben:

  • Neukundenakquisition gehört ebenso zu deinem Aufgabengebiet wie die Betreuung und Beratung von Bestandskunden, hierbei bist du ein kompetente Ansprechperson zu unserem gesamten Lösungsportfolio
  • Du präsentierst das Unternehmen und unsere Lösungen beim Kunden, zudem aktualisierst und schließt du Wartungsverträge ab
  • Das Erstellen von Angeboten und Forecasts gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie die Ausarbeitung von Pflichtenheften, Ausschreibungen, Anforderungskatalogen
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service, Customer Care und Projektmanagement sind für dich selbstverständlich

Ich bin soweit – Profil:

  • Deine Basis: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich, idealerweise mit relevanten Vertriebsschulungen
  • Deine Hard Skills: Seit mehreren Jahren bist du im Projektgeschäft tätig und verkaufst erklärungsbedürftige Software-Lösungen, optimalerweise in Verbindung mit Hardware-Produkten
  • Deine Soft Skills: Du überzeugst durch deine fundierte fachliche Beratung, zeigst hohe Eigenmotivation und verstehst es, Pluspunkte gegenüber Mitbewerbern beim Kunden erfolgreich darzustellen
  • Deine Reisebereitschaft: Du kannst vor Ort beim Kunden (Reisebereitschaft 50%) Bedürfnisse wecken und ermitteln, außerdem bist du nach der Akquise ein verlässlicher Partner, der es schafft, Kundenbeziehungen dauerhaft weiterzuentwickeln
