Wij zijn Alleo. Een modern platform voor secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden dat razendsnel groeit. In augustus 2021 zijn we gestart met de missie om het landschap van arbeidsvoorwaarden te veranderen. Inmiddels zijn we uitgegroeid tot een volledig platform voor flexibele compensatie. Met onze app bieden we meer dan 2.000.000 medewerkers de benefits die er voor hén toe doen. Alleo groeit hard; we werken voor meer dan 5000 Nederlandse bedrijven en breiden dit maandelijks uit. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en energieke Account Executive om ons geweldige team in Amsterdam te versterken.

Who do we need?

Hoe ziet de rol van Account Executive bij Alleo eruit?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het managen van het volledige salesproces: van het creëren van kansen tot het sluiten van nieuwe deals.
  • Het leiden van het hele traject: relaties opbouwen met externe stakeholders én waardevolle inzichten en feedback delen met interne afdelingen.
  • Het structureren van je werk met behulp van onze tools (o.a. Hubspot, Apollo, LinkedIn) en de content die we beschikbaar stellen, in samenwerking met het marketing team.
  • Het verzamelen van marktinformatie, creëren van een community en delen van kennis binnen het klantsegment waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent.

Wie zoeken wij?

Jij hebt:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in Sales / Business Development
  • Een netwerk binnen finance of HR
  • Ervaring in een B2B, dynamische en consultatieve salesomgeving
  • Sterke netwerkskills en het vermogen om invloed uit te oefenen op senior niveau
  • Uitstekende presentatievaardigheden: overtuigend én enthousiasmerend
  • Een ondernemende en groei-georiënteerde mindset: je neemt eigenaarschap over targets, taken en je rol
  • Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
