Vi søger en engageret og kompetent læge til vores team hos Alles Lægehus i Øster Jølby, Thisted eller Frederikshavn, hvor vi tilbyder en dynamisk arbejdsplads med fokus på faglig udvikling, medarbejdertrivsel og et godt arbejdsmiljø.

Du vil indgå i et meget velfungerende og kompetent team af fast klinikpersonale, bestående af praksisleder, dygtige konsultationssygeplejersker og faste læger. Klinikkerne har mellem 4000 -8000 patienter.

Lægerne i klinikken fokuserer hovedsageligt kun på lægefaglige opgaver og varetager minimal administration. Du vil få lægekollegaer, som du kan sparre med i hverdagen.

Dine arbejdsopgaver omfatter:

  • Sikre nær, kompetent og lægefaglig behandling for klinikkens patienter
  • Deltage aktivt i at afprøve og anvende digitale løsninger, som understøtter sammenhængende patientforløb samt udvikle på allerede eksisterende processer.
  • Arbejde målrettet med koordinering og kvalitet i de enkelte behandlingsforløb
  • Medvirke til opkvalificering af praksispersonalet med henblik på udvidelse og videreudvikling af opgaver.
  • Klinikken ønsker at modtage uddannelseslæger, og vi håber du har lyst til at blive en del af denne proces og blive tutorlæge.
  • Styrke det gode arbejdsmiljø i teamet, gennem samarbejde og positiv trivsel.
