Waar ga je werken?

Op onze moderne en vernieuwende zorglocatie werken we elke dag met aandacht en betrokkenheid aan de beste zorg en het welzijn van onze bewoners. Met behulp van slimme zorgtechnologieën vergroten we niet alleen veiligheid, maar juist ook vrijheid, zodat onze bewoners kunnen leven op een manier die echt bij hen past. Ons kleinschalige woonconcept biedt een warme, huiselijke omgeving voor groepen van maximaal negen bewoners met somatische en psychogeriatrische aandoeningen. Hier staan persoonlijke aandacht, nabijheid en het inspelen op individuele wensen altijd centraal.

Wat ga je doen?

Je zorgt ervoor dat bewoners ’s nachts de zorg en aandacht krijgen die zij nodig hebben. Met jouw alertheid en betrokkenheid bied je een veilige, rustige omgeving. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit binnen jouw bevoegdheid en signaleert en rapporteert bijzonderheden aan collega’s en andere disciplines. Je werkt volgens een vast rooster en draait drie nachtdiensten per week. Je maakt deel uit van het nachtteam, dat bestaat uit een vaste groep collega’s en medewerkers die daarnaast ook dag- en avonddiensten werken.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde collega met een passie voor ouderenzorg. In de nacht ben jij het vertrouwde en rustige aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en door jouw persoonlijke contact weet je precies wat zij nodig hebben. Dankzij jouw ervaring kun je goed inspelen op hun specifieke behoeften. Verder vragen wij van jou:

  • Een diploma verzorgende IG niveau 3
  • Ervaring met de doelgroep is een pré.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een goed salaris van max.€ 3.592,96 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur. De inschaling is afhankelijk van ervaring (FWG 35 conform CAO VVT)
  • Een vast contract voor 16 tot 28 uur per week
  • Naast vakantietoeslag ontvang je een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%
  • Een passende reiskostenvergoeding, waarbij ov volledig wordt vergoed
