Con colaboraciones novedosas, la Alianza genera evidencia e integra innovaciones para transformar los sistemas alimentarios y los paisajes a fin de sostener el planeta, impulsar la prosperidad y nutrir a las personas. La Alianza es parte de CGIAR, un consorcio mundial de investigación para un futuro sin hambre. Acerca de la posición Iniciamos la búsqueda de un(a) estudiante en práctica para el proyecto “Género y herramientas digitales para la agricultura regenerativa” (agricultura digital y centrada en las personas al servicio de fincas regenerativas), que la Alianza implementa en el norte del Cauca (Colombia) y Chimaltenango (Guatemala) en el marco del Acelerador de Género del CGIAR. El objetivo principal de la posición es apoyar la incorporación de la perspectiva de Género e Inclusión Social (GIS) a lo largo de las fases de investigación del proyecto; diagnóstico, co-diseño y sistematización. El/la estudiante apoyará el trabajo de campo, el análisis cualitativo con enfoque interseccional (género, etnicidad, edad) y el co-diseño de materiales de comunicación y contenidos pedagógicos, bajo los enfoques de Diseño Centrado en las Personas (DCP). Responsabilidades de la posición: Apoyar el trabajo de campo con agricultoras, agricultores y personal técnico: grupos focales, entrevistas a profundidad y talleres participativos aplicando métodos de DCP. Apoyar el diseño de instrumentos de recolección de información (encuestas, entrevistas, grupos focales), de manera que permitan identificar diferencias de acceso y participación según género, etnicidad y edad. Apoyar el análisis temático de datos cualitativos, en articulación con el equipo de Género de la Alianza. Apoyar el diseño y la adaptación de materiales de comunicación y contenidos complementarios para el currículo del Programa de Acción Social (PAS) de Fundaec, así como la elaboración de productos de comunicación científica (blogs, infografías y seminarios) y la organización de información para la documentación de aprendizajes y experiencias del programa, bajo la orientación del equipo responsable. Requirements Educación y requerimientos Estudiante de últimos semestres de Estudios Populares, Antropología, Sociología o carreras afines de las ciencias sociales. Interés demostrado en temas de inclusión de género e inclusión social, interseccionalidad y trabajo con comunidades rurales. Interés y/o formación en métodos cualitativos y participativos de investigación (entrevistas, grupos focales, talleres) Manejo de paquete de Office y herramientas de inteligencia artificial como ChatGPT y NotebookLM. Habilidades de análisis cualitativo, sistematización y redacción de informes. Disposición para realizar trabajo de campo en zonas rurales del norte del Cauca. Deseable: experiencia previa con comunidades indígenas, afrodescendientes o campesinas. Deseable: familiaridad con el enfoque de DCP y/o servicios climáticos.
