Job Description

Sous la responsabilité du directeur des affaires publiques France, le/la Chargé(e) Affaires publiques France contribue à la mise en œuvre des missions de la Direction des Affaires Publiques avec comme missions principales :

  • Défendre les intérêts du Groupe auprès d’acteurs publics locaux, pour accompagner les évolutions d’un certain nombre de sites, nécessitant une bonne connaissance des collectivités locales.
  • Mobiliser les pouvoirs publics locaux pour venir en soutien à la stratégie futuREady en France dans des domaines divers (foncier, formation, évolution des activités…)
  • Participer à la valorisation d’un certain nombre de sites français (tertiaires, ingénierie, industriels) qui seront sous la responsabilité du Chargé(e) d’affaires publiques auprès des représentants politiques et des institutions.
  • Contribuer par différents moyens (participation à des réunions, rédaction de rapports ou de notes, réponse à des sollicitations spécifiques, etc) à la construction et au maintien de relations de confiance durables avec les principales parties prenantes du Groupe sur ses différents domaines d’action ;
  • Assurer une veille politique proactive et un maillage à jour des acteurs pertinents pour le Groupe sur les domaines de responsabilité.
  • Accompagner les enjeux de transformation de certaines fonctions de l’entreprise auprès des pouvoirs publics. Anticiper les enjeux politiques des décisions du Groupe.
  • Venir en soutien de la stratégie du Groupe dans un certain nombre de pays à l’international pour faciliter les opérations commerciales et/ou industrielles dans le cadre de négociations avec les pouvoirs publics locaux ou la diplomatie française – en lien constant et proactif avec les équipes du Groupe sur place.
  • Mobiliser et coordonner l’ensemble des fonctions/métiers concernés pour la construction des dossiers dans les délais impartis (approche One Voice/ 360°) ; solliciter les arbitrages nécessaires au bon niveau ; contribuer à synthétiser la position officielle du Groupe sur ces sujets ; se tenir pleinement informé des actualités des sites français concernés.
  • Participer à la représentation du Groupe auprès des pouvoirs publics nationaux et des parlementaires en lien avec les autres Chargé(e)s d’affaires publiques pour démultiplier notre capacité d’influence – nécessitant de se tenir informé des dossiers prioritaires de la Direction.
  • Représenter le Groupe et porter ses positions dans des réunions et événements, ainsi que dans les instances où RG est membre (prioritairement en France, mais plus largement si besoin).
