As the Recruiting Manager, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while managing your own portfolio of open roles. This hands-on leadership role combines team development with full-cycle recruiting, allowing you to coach and support your team while helping set the standard for how we attract and hire talent.
This is an in-office, five days a week role where you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, shape effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a positive hiring experience while strengthening recruiting practices to support current and future growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering accountability, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistent, candidate-focused recruiting practices.
- Monitor recruiting workloads and outcomes, adjusting priorities and resources based on hiring needs, business priorities, and team capacity.
- Establish and reinforce consistent recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices that align with organizational policies and applicable employment requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of open positions while leading full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through candidate evaluation, offer development, and pre-hire transition.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to support current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Deliver a professional, engaging candidate experience through timely communication and effective representation of the organization and its employee value proposition.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and establish clear expectations for the recruiting process.
- Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor, providing guidance on sourcing, talent availability, interviewing, and hiring decisions throughout the search.
- Partner with People/HR leaders and key stakeholders to advance workforce and talent priorities.
- Use recruiting data and trends to identify challenges and recommend improvements to recruiting processes, tools, workflows, and stakeholder experiences.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives, including employer brand, referrals, talent pipelines, recruiting technology, and talent-market trend monitoring.
- Apply emerging recruiting practices and talent-market insights to strengthen the organization’s approach to attracting talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional background, is required., Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional background, is required.
- Progressive talent acquisition background, including full-cycle recruiting and demonstrated knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection practices.
- Proven success leading, coaching, and developing recruiting professionals while managing individual recruiting responsibilities.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Competency in leveraging recruiting data and insights to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Exposure to recruiting across multiple business functions, geographic locations, or specialized talent areas preferred.
- Involvement in talent acquisition process improvement, recruiting operations, or employer branding initiatives preferred.
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills, with a sense of urgency and consistent follow-through in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Openness to performance feedback and continuous improvement within a team environment is essential.
