  • Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitungszeit besteht nach frühestens 6 Monaten die Möglichkeit, im Home-Office zu arbeiten - mit (Pensum abhängig) 6-8 Tagen pro Monat vor Ort in Bern-Liebefeld, um den persönlichen Austausch im Team zu fördern.

Deine Mission:

  • Beurteilung der medizinischen Dringlichkeit mit Unterstützung unserer Triage-Software
  • Beantwortung medizinischer Fragestellungen und Beratung unserer Kund:innen mit Hilfe unserer umfangreichen internen Wissensdatenbank sowie in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Ärzt:innen
  • Bedienung des Notfalltelefons und Triage für Spitäler sowie definierte Ärztekollektive

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson, Hebamme, Fachangestellte Gesundheit, Rettungssanitäter:in oder Medizinische Praxisassistenz (MPA)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Sichere Gesprächsführung in Deutsch als Hauptsprache sowie in mindestens einer weiteren Sprache (Französisch, Italienisch) auf Niveau B2
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit modernen Informations- und Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen
