As a BIM Lead (Architecture Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead and oversee BIM operations, including project setup, modelling and troubleshooting.
  • Manage BIM deliverables for design reviews, statutory submissions, CORENET X and tender documentation.
  • Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans, workflows and modelling standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.
  • Oversee clash detection, BIM quality control and compliance with project requirements.
  • Review BIM software and infrastructure, recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Supervise, train and provide technical guidance to the BIM team.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of all BIM-related deliverables.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Certification from BCA
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years or relevant work experience
