As a Senior Executive, Business Development (Hospitality & Tourism), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Build and expand a portfolio of VIP guests by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Establish strong relationships with existing and prospective guests through regular engagement, personalised service and follow-ups.
  • Conduct outbound calls and coordinate exclusive events and activities to encourage guest participation and strengthen loyalty.
  • Stay updated on the latest promotions, membership privileges and entertainment offerings to provide guests with relevant information.
  • Deliver a high standard of hospitality by understanding guests' preferences, attending to their requests and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Oversee guest credit arrangements, monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on payment collections when required.
  • Handle sensitive guest information with discretion while ensuring compliance with company policies, operational procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
