The posting

As Porto & Oviedo City Manager (CiM), you will lead the day-to-day operations of our properties in

Porto and Oviedo, managing teams, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring outstanding guest

experience. You will act as the key link between headquarters and local operations, owning

everything from cleaning and maintenance to customer satisfaction and technology adoption.

● Ensure the buildings are in good condition in terms of quality by making proactive

daily decisions. This means anticipating potential problems and acting effectively.

● Oversee daily that processes are being followed as defined, with special focus on achieving

expected results, identifying reasons when this doesn’t happen, and implementing

corrective actions through training, clarification, or process adjustments.

● Local leadership and alignment with corporate strategy: The CiM role is not only

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
