You’ll be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet, ensuring our customers’ operations stay up and running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Diagnostics & Repair: Service forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, sweeper scrubbers, and dock levelers.
  • System Maintenance: Work on transmissions, drive axles, differentials, braking systems, steering, and hydraulic cylinders/hoses.
  • Fuel Systems: Troubleshoot and repair engines powered by Electric, Gasoline, L.P. Gas, Diesel, and CNG.
  • Customer Service: Represent All Lift Service Company professionally while performing on-site repairs across the Northeast Ohio market.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial repair is preferred.
  • Education: Technical school graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Aptitude: Mechanically inclined with a strong "fix-it" mindset.
  • Drive: We value individuals who are motivated to advance their careers in a stable, essential industry.

Why Join All Lift?

  • Stability: Join a well-established dealership in an industry that never slows down.
  • Growth: We provide the environment for you to sharpen your skills across multiple mechanical disciplines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
