Em 2006, surge a brMalls resultando em um portfólio de 30 ativos presentes nas cinco regiões do país.E assim, em 2023, a ALLOS surge com o encontro de duas potências nacionais do segmento, unindo forças para se tornar a mais inovadora plataforma de entretenimento, lifestyle, serviços e compras.Nossa história continua e estamos prontos para criar momentos que transformam e impactam a vida das pessoas, gerando conexões e oportunidades.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDistribuir e acompanhar as atividades diárias da equipe de conservação, conforme as demandas e prioridades da operação.Orientar os colaboradores quanto aos procedimentos de limpeza, organização e conservação das áreas internas e externas do shopping.Realizar vistorias operacionais nas áreas sob sua responsabilidade, identificando necessidades de limpeza, correções e melhorias.Acompanhar a utilização adequada de materiais, equipamentos e EPIs, reforçando o cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança.Apoiar a integração e a orientação prática de novos colaboradores, contribuindo para a padronização das atividades.Monitorar a assiduidade, a pontualidade e a execução das tarefas pela equipe, comunicando ocorrências ao Supervisor.Apoiar a organização das escalas e a distribuição das atividades, conforme orientação da liderança.Atender às demandas operacionais relacionadas à conservação, priorizando áreas de maior circulação e necessidades identificadas durante a rotina.Comunicar ao Supervisor as ocorrências, necessidades de materiais, dificuldades da equipe e situações que possam impactar a operação.Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos, pelo uso consciente dos insumos e pela qualidade dos serviços prestados.Apoiar o cumprimento das normas internas, dos procedimentos de segurança e dos padrões de atendimento do shopping.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Experiência com atividades de limpeza, conservação e organização de ambientes.Experiência com orientação ou acompanhamento de equipes operacionais será considerada um diferencial.Conhecimento básico sobre utilização de produtos de limpeza, equipamentos e EPIs.Informações adicionaisO Que Temos Para Você 🤩Vale Refeição/Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Plano de Saúde ;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de vida;WellHub;TotalPass;Wellz;Bônus anual;Saber Online (plataforma interna de aprendizagem).Escala 12x36 - 07h00 as 19h00Local: Center Shopping Uberlândia
