Wat jij doet als Business Analyst Sales

ALLSAFE groeit hard en zet steeds sterker in op datagedreven besluitvorming. Daarom creëren we een nieuwe functie binnen ons commerciële team van circa 10 enthousiaste professionals. Als Business Analyst Sales wordt je onderdeel van onze groeiende organisatie in Nederland en daarbuiten.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Analyseren van de volledige klantreis, van websitebezoek tot contractafsluiting, en identificeren van conversiedrijvers.
  • Integreren van data uit verschillende bronnen (GA4, Google Ads, Klaviyo, UTM-tracking) tot één centraal inzicht.
  • Ontwikkelen en automatiseren van dashboards en rapportages voor Marketing, Sales en Pricing.
  • Analyseren van marketingprestaties en het verband tussen marketinguitgaven, leads, conversies en omzet.
  • Signaleren van optimalisatiemogelijkheden in websiteprestaties, klantgedrag en conversieprocessen.
  • Uitvoeren van pricing- en promotieanalyses om omzet, conversie en rendement te verbeteren.
  • Ontwikkelen van forecasting- en bezettingsmodellen ter ondersteuning van commerciële besluitvorming.
  • Vertalen van data naar concrete aanbevelingen voor marketing-, sales- en prijsstrategieën.
  • Ondersteunen van groei in bestaande en nieuwe markten door middel van markt- en prestatieanalyses.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt en kennisexpert op het gebied van sales-, marketing- en pricing-analytics.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Salaris: Tot € 5000,- exclusief vakantiegeld en bonusregeling
  • Contract: 32 tot 40 uur. Tijdelijk contract, met uitzicht op vast

Wat vragen we van jou?

  • Minimaal 1 tot 3 jaar relevante werk ervaring
  • Afgeronde HBO-opleiding Marketing, social sciences of vergelijkbaar.
  • Beheerst Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Analytisch goed onderlegd, ambitieus en ondernemend ingesteld.
  • Pragmatisch ingesteld, pro-actief en een doener mentaliteit.
