Wij zijn BANDENTHUIS. Bandenthuis is sinds 2018 onderdeel van de ALLSAFE-groep, dé specialist in miniopslag met meer dan 50 vestigingen in Nederland. Dit biedt voordelen zoals lokale opslagruimtes voor zomer- en winterbanden. Bandenthuis biedt een handige mobiele bandenservice aan, waarbij monteurs met een speciale servicebus naar je toe komen. Thuis of op je werk. Wij verzorgen alles omtrent het veilig op weg gaan met de auto en wisselen banden door heel Nederland. Op dit moment zijn we hard aan het groeien en opzoek naar talent om Bandenthuis naar nieuwe hoogte te brengen.

Wat jij doet als general manager Bandenthuis

Als General Manager van Bandenthuis B.V. ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei van het merk. Je ontwikkelt en voert commerciële strategieën uit, bouwt aan klantrelaties, ontwikkelt proposities en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor omzetgroei en marktuitbreiding.

Je werkt nauw samen met de CEO en CFO van ALLSAFE en geeft leiding aan de Operationeel Manager van Bandenthuis. Zo zorg je voor een optimale afstemming tussen commercie en operatie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële en algemene resultaten van Bandenthuis B.V.
  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de commerciële strategie.
  • Realiseren van groei in omzet, klanten en marktaandeel.
  • Functioneel aansturen van de Operationeel Manager en afstemmen van commerciële en operationele doelstellingen.
  • Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van proposities, campagnes en commerciële acties.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties in zowel B2B als B2C.
  • Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen.
  • Monitoren en analyseren van omzet, klantgedrag, conversie en commerciële prestaties.
  • Rapporteren van resultaten en voortgang aan de CEO en CFO van ALLSAFE.
  • Initiëren van commerciële samenwerkingen en cross-sell binnen de merken van ALLSAFE.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van commerciële budgetten en sturen op rendement.
  • Verbeteren en professionaliseren van processen, commerciële activiteiten en de marktpositie van Bandenthuis.
