Wat jij doet als Project Manager Bouw

Als Project Manager Bouw (Projectleider Bouw, Realisatiemanager, Bouw projectmanager of Vastgoed Projectmanager) ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van nieuwe ALLSAFE-locaties. Je verbindt vastgoedontwikkeling en realisatie en stuurt projecten aan van locatieverwerving en vergunningstraject tot en met oplevering.

Je werkt nauw samen met Vastgoed, Beheer en Operations en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor architecten, adviseurs, aannemers, installateurs en gemeenten. Dankzij jouw bouwkundige kennis en daadkracht zorg je ervoor dat projecten technisch kloppen, binnen planning en budget blijven en succesvol worden opgeleverd.

Deze functie is interessant voor een ervaren bouwprofessional die al jarenlang actief is in de nieuwbouw en toe is aan een rol met meer eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige project. Je krijgt vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om projecten op jouw manier tot een succes te maken. Met korte lijnen naar directie en interne stakeholders kun je snel schakelen en direct impact maken op de groei van ALLSAFE. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering, maar hebt invloed op het volledige ontwikkel- en bouwproces. Daardoor combineer je het ondernemerschap van een ontwikkelende bouwer met de zekerheid van een sterke, groeiende organisatie. En misschien wel het mooiste: je ziet het resultaat van jouw werk letterlijk terug wanneer nieuwe ALLSAFE-locaties hun deuren openen voor klanten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondersteunen bij locatieonderzoeken, acquisitie- en vergunningstrajecten
  • Technisch en bouwkundig adviseren richting vastgoedteam en directie
  • Leidinggeven aan het volledige realisatietraject van ruwbouw tot oplevering
  • Coördineren van architecten, constructeurs, adviseurs, aannemers en installateurs
  • Opstellen en bewaken van planningen, budgetten en projectvoortgang
  • Verantwoordelijk voor aanbestedingen, offertes, contractvorming en nacalculaties
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van wet- en regelgeving
  • Zorgdragen voor een soepele overdracht aan Gebouwbeheer en Operations
  • Afstemmen met interne en internationale stakeholders
  • Operationeel rapporteren aan de Chief Real Estate Officer

  • Salaris: Tot € 7.250- exclusief vakantiegeld en bonusregeling
  • Contract: 36 tot 40 uur. Tijdelijk contract, met uitzicht op vast

Wat vragen we van jou?

  • Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring binnen de bouwsector, als bv senior werkvoorbereider, projectleider
  • Ervaring met utiliteitsbouw- en nieuwbouwprojecten.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het voorbereiden en realiseren van bouwprojecten, van ontwerp-uitwerking tot oplevering.
  • Kennis van planning, budgetbewaking, inkoop, contractvorming en projectcoördinatie.
  • Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding Bouwkunde, Bouwtechniek of vergelijkbaar.
  • Je bent pragmatisch, ondernemend en neemt graag eigenaarschap
  • Je schakelt makkelijk tussen interne stakeholders, adviseurs, aannemers en leveranciers
  • Ervaring met vergunningstrajecten, vastgoedontwikkeling of locatieonderzoeken is een pré
