Wat jij doet als Werkstudent Legal bij ALLSAFE

Ben jij een rechtenstudent die naast de studie praktijkervaring wil opdoen? Bij ALLSAFE draai je direct mee in de organisatie en werk je aan juridische vraagstukken die er echt toe doen.

Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en beoordelen van juridische vraagstukken. Je bent juridisch betrokken bij het volledige traject van onze vestigingen: van de aankoop van een perceel en het vergunning- en bouwtraject tot leverancierscontracten en juridische vraagstukken tijdens de exploitatie. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de juridische kaders en denkt commercieel en strategisch mee over de beste oplossing. Ook denk je mee over hoe we processen juridisch slimmer, sneller en beter kunnen inrichten.

Geen koffiehalen of alleen maar dossiers archiveren dus. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen en ziet direct wat jouw werk oplevert.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Onderzoeken van juridische vraagstukken binnen de organisatie
  • Opstellen, beoordelen en beheren van contracten en juridische documenten
  • Ondersteunen bij privacy-, compliance- en governance vraagstukken
  • Signaleren van juridische risico's en aandragen van oplossingen
  • Beantwoorden van juridische vragen vanuit collega's
  • Ondersteunen bij geschillen en correspondentie met externe partijen
  • Actueel houden van juridische dossiers en documentatie
  • Meedenken over het verbeteren en professionaliseren van juridische processen

Wat vragen we van jou?

  • Je volgt een masteropleiding rechten, in de specialisatie van civiel recht
  • Je bent minimaal 16/24 uur per week beschikbaar
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je vindt het leuk om juridische vraagstukken uit te pluizen
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft vragen te stellen
  • Je schrijft en communiceert sterk in het Nederlands
