Venha fazer parte de um time que cultiva ciência, propósito e pessoas.Trabalhar juntos por um Planeta de Abundância™.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) estagiário(a) com vontade de aprender e se desenvolver na área de Planejamento e Controle da Manutenção (PCM), participando de projetos de melhoria contínua, análise de dados e otimização de processos industriais.Você terá a oportunidade de vivenciar a rotina da área, contribuir para a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e acompanhar iniciativas que impactam diretamente a eficiência dos processos, sempre com o apoio da equipe.Análise de dados: Apoiar a análise estatística de indicadores de PCM e no acompanhamento de dados de produção e manutenção.Relatórios e indicadores: Elaborar relatórios técnicos para apoiar análises e a tomada de decisões.Análise de falhas: Contribuir para a identificação e análise de falhas em equipamentos, auxiliando na busca por soluções.Projetos de melhoria: Participar do levantamento de oportunidades, do planejamento e da implementação de projetos voltados à melhoria contínua dos processos.Equipamentos e processos: Apoiar o planejamento e a execução de testes de processo e equipamentos, além de acompanhar o start-up de novos equipamentos.Gestão de fornecedores: Realizar contatos e acompanhar fornecedores de insumos e equipamentos.Procedimentos operacionais: Auxiliar na elaboração e revisão de procedimentos, formulários e documentos da área.Desenvolvimento de equipes: Apoiar a preparação e a realização de treinamentos para o time operacional.Suporte à gestão: Contribuir com as demandas e os projetos da gerência e da coordenação, colaborando para o bom andamento das atividades da área.
