The posting

Responsável por administrar, sustentar e evoluir os ambientes de infraestrutura tecnológica da Allterra, garantindo disponibilidade, segurança, desempenho, governança e escalabilidade dos serviços de TI. Atuará como referência técnica em infraestrutura, cloud computing, segurança da informação e monitoramento, contribuindo para a redução da dependência de fornecedores externos, capacitação da equipe interna e implementação de projetos estratégicos alinhados ao crescimento da companhia.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Infraestrutura e Operações:

Administrar e suportar ambientes Microsoft 365. Administrar e otimizar ambientes AWS. Gerenciar servidores, serviços corporativos e recursos de infraestrutura. Garantir alta disponibilidade dos serviços de TI. Administrar soluções de backup e recuperação de desastres (DRP). Atuar na identificação e resolução de incidentes críticos. Elaborar e manter documentação técnica e operacional atualizada. Apoiar a definição e aplicação de padrões de infraestrutura.

Segurança da Informação:

Implementar e acompanhar ações de correção de vulnerabilidades. Administrar controles de acesso e identidade. Apoiar auditorias internas e externas. Garantir conformidade com políticas corporativas de segurança. Apoiar iniciativas de governança e compliance. Participar da implementação e evolução dos controles de cibersegurança.

Monitoramento e Disponibilidade:

Administrar e evoluir o monitoramento da infraestrutura utilizando Zabbix ou ferramenta similar. Implementar controles preventivos para redução de indisponibilidades. Monitorar capacidade, desempenho e disponibilidade dos ambientes. Propor melhorias contínuas com base em indicadores operacionais.

Automação e Melhoria Contínua:

Desenvolver automações para atividades operacionais recorrentes. Reduzir atividades manuais através da padronização de processos. Apoiar iniciativas de modernização tecnológica. Contribuir para a melhoria dos processos de suporte e infraestrutura.

Projetos de TI:

Participar e liderar projetos de infraestrutura e cloud. Apoiar iniciativas de FinOps e otimização de custos. Participar de projetos relacionados à segurança da informação. Atuar em projetos de governança e modernização tecnológica. Garantir documentação, homologação e implantação das soluções sob sua responsabilidade.

Desenvolvimento da Equipe:

Atuar como referência técnica para os times N1 e N2. Compartilhar conhecimento com a equipe de infraestrutura e suporte. Contribuir para a padronização de procedimentos e boas práticas. Apoiar a formação técnica dos demais profissionais da área.
