The posting

Almost Family, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hiring Coordinator to join our team in Bend, OR. This role is vital in supporting our recruitment process by coordinating hiring activities and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a in-office position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview schedules efficiently between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates regarding their application status and the next steps in the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new hires by preparing all necessary documentation and organizing orientation sessions to help them integrate successfully.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of hiring records and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ensure adherence to state regulations by accurately maintaining staff documentation.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with staff members to foster successful collaboration and partnership throughout their duration of employment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or human resources is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and standard office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
