Almost Family, LLC is seeking a dedicated Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Bend, OR. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring exceptional service and support to our clients, fostering strong relationships, and coordinating care with efficiency and compassion. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and assistance to meet their needs effectively. This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Coordinate scheduling and delivery of care services according to client requirements and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, care plans, and service updates.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing professional and courteous support.
- Collaborate with care providers and management to optimize client satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- 1yr experience in senior care or related field
- Ability to travel in an around Central Oregon (experienced with winter road conditions)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and client information simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping systems.
- Ability to work compassionately in a client-focused environment.
- Previous experience in a client coordination or care-related role is preferred.
