Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to work with enterprise customers in designing and implementing secure, scalable cloud solutions for AI platforms. The role involves integrating AI solutions with existing enterprise infrastructure and supporting customers throughout deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sales engagements.
  • Design and recommend secure cloud architecture for AI platform deployment and integration.
  • Lead architecture and security reviews, addressing infrastructure and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to provide technical guidance and support enterprise engagements.
  • Guide customers through AI platform onboarding, deployment, and integration.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and integration issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to address customer requirements and improve solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Infrastructure Architect.
  • Experience with AI platforms, enterprise AI solutions, or AI application integration.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
  • Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
